Operational Support

 
The Operational Support team coordinates the integration and operations of RP, ACCESS project, and community infrastructure. We work with other ACCESS projects to define, document, and support infrastructure integration and operation procedures. We provide and operate several software tools and services that enable the seamless integration, maintenance, and support of ACCESS infrastructure.

Operational Support focuses primarily on the following areas.

  • ACCESS wide coordinated infrastructure integration
  • Supporting resource providers, ACCESS projects, and community services developers integrating into ACCESS
  • Provide operational services like: ticketing system; infrastructure description, discovery, and status services; and operator and developer facing infrastructure documentation
