Can new tickets be submitted by email?

A: No, ACCESS does not support new ticket submission by email. New tickets must be submitted using the this form.

Can people reply to tickets via email?

A: Yes, anyone receiving an email from the tickets system may reply to the email. Replies will be added to the ticket history.
