The ACCESS Operations Service Index application manages non-public operational information about centrally operated ACCESS services, service associated hosts, staff managing hosts, and the Qualys, Nagios, and SysLog status of hosts. It also can record significant operational events and the verified status of hosts for those event.

Requesting Access

The Service Index is primarily intended for staff involved in operating or managing security for centrally operated ACCESS services. It primarily used by ACCESS Operations.

To request access please submit an ACCESS ticket that includes your ACCESS username and lists what ACCESS track and services you plan to register. Please indicate if you only need the ability to view information and enter or edit it.

Data entry guidelines:

  • Please enter phone numbers that people can be reached at when there is a critical service or host problem
  • Please keep phone numbers confidential
