ACCESS resource providers need to transition to maintaining their resource contacts in CiDeR. The contacts include the PI, co-PIs, integration coordinator, and other  roles that ACCESS needs. These contacts should be reviewed at least every 6 months, and updated as staffing changes at RPs. Separately allocated resources have separate entries in CiDeR and have their own contacts, for example CPU, GPU, Large Memory, etc. CiDeR will be enhanced soon to make it easier for RPs to maintain contacts on multiple resources.

These contacts were previously maintained in a Google spreadsheet, and were copied and entered by Operations into CiDeR to ease the transition.
