On Monday, October 28, 2024, Duo Mobile Passcodes for ACCESS will be reconfigured to use TOTP instead of HOTP. The TOTP configuration will be pushed to users with the Duo security app v4.49.0 or later. Users with older versions of the Duo security app will continue to use HOTP.
