Error: User Not Registered

This error occurs when ACCESS can not locate your entry in the ACCESS User Database.

If you think you have an ACCESS CI or XSEDE account:

  • Please do not try to create a new ACCESS account.
  • Visit https://cilogon.org/me/ and click the "Delete ALL" button.
  • Visit https://registry.access-ci.org/registry/auth/logout to log out of any active session with the ACCESS User Registry.
  • Try logging on to your desired site again. If you registered for your ACCESS account using just an email address, choose “ACCESS CI (XSEDE)” when prompted to "Select an Identity Provider". Otherwise, choose the university/organization you signed in with when you registered for your ACCESS account.
  • If you would like to log in to ACCESS using your university/organization but you registered using just an email address, you can "link" your identity from that university/organization with your existing ACCESS account. Please see identity linking for details.
