Updating Your ACCESS Profile
To modify the name or email associated with your ACCESS ID:
- Log in at https://registry.access-ci.org/.
- Select “Profile: View and edit your profile”.
- Click on the gear icon to the right of the information that you want to edit.
- IMPORTANT: If you modify your email address, be sure to check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link in the message to confirm your request. ACCESS requires all email addresses to be verified.
To modify the organization associated with your ACCESS ID:
There are two ways you can modify the organization listed in your ACCESS profile:
- Open a ticket to request the new organization for your profile.
- - OR -
- Log on to ACCESS Allocations and visit your Allocations Profile. Under the "Additional Information" section, select a new "Institution or organization". Please note, however, that modifying your organization using this method is not immediate as it can take up to 24 hours for the change to be shown in the ACCESS User Registry.
If your organization is not available in the list in your Allocations Profile, you can submit a request to add your organization to the ACCESS database. It typically takes 1-2 days to verify the organization and add it to the database.
