The Bridges-2 issues are persisting in spite of dedicated efforts from both the PSC team and the hardware vendor.  We are working towards a long term solution but the issue has been more complicated than we had expected.  We understand your concerns and appreciate your patience while we work through the issue.   This is of the highest priority for our team.
